30 years of hire excellence

Barossa Valley Hire was established 30 years ago by Trish and Mark Burton and has grown to be a go-to destination across the Barossa and throughout the Greater Adelaide area.

As we have grown, our team has expanded and our reputation as people who care deeply about our clients and our community.

Recently we moved into larger premises at 53-57 Tanunda Road and have also opened up a specialist access yard at 2-4 Old Sturt Highway. 

Our professional team will always ensure our clients get the possible outcome and price.

Barossa Valley Hire and our sister company Barossa Function Hire are known for their community support and charitable works across the region and look forward to meeting you when you hire a digger or have an event to stage.

Mark Burton

Mark established Barossa Valley Hire with Trish in 1994. Mark is also the National President of the Hire and Rental Industry Association (HRIA) and has been State president for many years.

Trish Burton

Wife of Mark since 1986 and business partner since the day one of the business in 1994, Trish has various rolls within the company at an administration level.

Blake Burton

Has been working in our business since he was 10 years old. Blake completed his Diesel Mechanical apprenticeship in 2013.
Blake is now our Administration Manager for all Hire divisions.

Travis Burton

At 17, Travis started working full time in our business and at 18 obtained his tilt truck licence.
After many roles within the business, Travis became our Operations Manager in 2019, looking after General and Function Hire.
